Alise Rogule  is a Latvian film producer and founder of Mima Films, a Riga-based production company focused on bold, socially resonant cinema and international collaboration. Her first produced feature, Blakus / Nearby (dir. Alise Zariņa, 2019), became a major local hit, receiving strong audience response and winning the Best Screenplay Award at the Latvian National Film Awards “Lielais Kristaps.”

Since then, she has produced several short films, including Can’t Help Myself, which screened in Boston and was also selected for the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Alongside her work with emerging talents, she also works as a service producer on international productions, collaborating with established filmmakers and international crews.

This year, Alise represents director Alise Zariņa’s second feature Flesh, Blood, Even a Heart, which received 10 nominations at Lielais Kristaps, and as a co-producer of Renovation by Gabriele Urbonaitė, a film that has screened at more than 20 international festivals since its premiere at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. 

Her upcoming project is Kingpins, a debut heist comedy by Kristians Riekstiņš, winner of the Tallinn Script Pool Award 2024
