A French couple decides to adopt a brother and sister from Lithuania. To aid the children's adaptation to their new environment, they invite Lithuanian translator Gabriele to live with them temporarily. However, the family's harmony is quickly disrupted by cultural disparities, conflicting parenting approaches, and a competition for the children's affections.

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

In every relationship, whether with another person or a situation, there exists a delicate balance between love and selfishness—a line easily crossed without awareness. While crafting this film, my aim was to explore this dynamic within myself and those around me. The duality of human nature remains one of the most captivating and intriguing aspects of our world.

Remember to Blink received Best Film at GoEast Film Festival, FIPRESCI award for Best Film at GoEast Film Festival, Audience Award at IndieLisboa Film Festival. Best Film, Best Director, Best Sound Director at Lithuanian National Awards, Silver Crane 2023. Best screenplay at Festival del Cinema Europeo.
