What to do when you are young and don't know what to do with it?

Five twenty-somethings, in search of an authentic life, move into an isolated country house full of books. Living in the carelessness of youth, with time, practical problems and the immature nature of young people create tension. Everyone has romanticized the idea of an independent and responsibility-free life – running away from reality, they run right into it.

DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT

Distance is inevitable in the art of cinema – the viewer watches the screen on which the images are projected, as if watching another world or at least another time and place of this world. However, there are films that bring the viewer closer to the projected reality than others. I am interested in this subject, how moving pictures (as motion pictures) become moving (as touching). With this film, I explore this by documenting my experience living with poets in a summer house. It turned out to be about them, about the first times, about the feeling that everything is still ahead, about excitement, about sensuality, about Peter Pan, about growing up. But it is not a coming of age story, because all five film characters since the beginning of the film work with confidence in their field of expertise – in youth – and do not leave it even when the film ends.
