Jasmin Kulagina (b. 2000) is an independent filmmaker, producer, and production designer. While studying law at the University of Tartu, she began working in the art departments of productions by the Estonian company Tallifornia, which led her into filmmaking. Her first feature as a production designer and line producer is Meel Paliale’s “Rolling Papers” (“Pikad paberid”, 2024), which premiered at Just Film of Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF). She also directed the short film “Plans for Tomorrow” (“Plaanid homseks”, 2025), which premiered at PÖFF Shorts.
